One of Australia’s leading health, wellness, and fitness brands, Swisse is the perfect example of a homegrown success story.
Backed by stars like Nicole Kidman and Chris Hemsworth, and working with top marketing agency BVA, the company has only ever had one overarching goal – to make people happier and healthier through education and the use of natural products.
It all started in the 1960s when founder Kevin Ring embarked on an adventurous quest to the farthest corners of the globe, all to find the world’s most nutrient-rich ingredients.
This eventually led to the opening of the very first Swisse shop, near Melbourne, in 1969. The brand has grown at a phenomenal pace ever since – it is now a global business with additional hubs in the US, the UK, France, Italy, China, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
Today, the Swisse product range stretches from top selling men’s and women’s multivitamins and dietary supplements, to sports nutrition, skincare and functional foods. As such, Swisse, backed by BVA, decided it was time to launch the next phase of their journey, by implementing Findify site search and personalization solutions on the Swisse website.
Findify solutions, used by leading eCommerce websites, use AI to build unique user profiles, thereby delivering a personalized search experience for each site visitor.
Now, with its increased smart search capabilities, Swisse customers will be able to find their preferred items quicker and easier.
They will also benefit from Findify’s Recommendations solution, which identifies hot sellers, recently viewed items, and newest products, and Smart Collections, which includes personalized product ranking, dynamic filters, and the ability to create merchandising rules.
