Victoria Beckham is the latest client enlisting the services of leading machine learning and product personalization company Findify, it has been announced.
The organization’s solutions went live on the London-based star’s popular fashion website earlier this month.
Findify’s service, which is used by leading eCommerce websites, uses Artificial Intelligence to build unique user profiles, thereby delivering a personalized search experience for each site visitor.
Now, with its increased smart search capabilities, hundreds of thousands of customers of the luxury Victoria Beckham brand will be able to find their preferred items quicker and easier.
They will also benefit from Findify’s Recommendations solution, which identifies hot sellers, recently viewed items, and newest products.
CEO of Findify, Philip Nobel, said he was delighted to launch these solutions on the Victoria Beckham site, and wanted to welcome the fashion icon into the Findify community.
