What is personalized search?
The most popular Findify solution is Personalized Search. This enables online shoppers to find their preferred items quicker and easier. A Recommendations solution allows retailers to maximize their online store’s upsell and cross-sell capabilities. It uses available space in certain areas of an ecommerce store (such as the home page, cart page, product pages, or even any custom page) to offer shoppers additional items they might want to buy.
Findify’s popular Recommendations solution is a powerful ecommerce tool which includes categories such as ‘Hot Sellers’, ‘Recently Viewed Items’, ‘Newest Products’, ‘Frequently Purchased Together’, ‘Customers Who Viewed This Also Viewed’, and ‘Customers Who Viewed This Ultimately Bought’.
Merchants can select to show these widgets on their site without having to manually curate the products shown. However, if needed, users can set Merchandising Rules on top of the personalization algorithm to combine Findify’s advanced machine learning with the particular needs of a store, which can be useful when releasing specific marketing campaigns.

Satechi is the latest in long line of US retailers to secure site search and personalization software
