The provider recently integrated with the online site of Irish bookstore Sifatu Safwa – Findify’s very first Prestashop client.

CEO of Findify, Philip Nobel, said the expansion into the Prestashop market forms a big part of the company’s roadmap and its plans for continued growth.
“Prestashop is an extremely popular platform. Indeed, it is now the leading ecommerce platform in Europe and Latin America and features more than 300,000 stores worldwide,” he said.
“In 2019 alone, Prestashop sites generated more than 17 billion euros in online sales. Clearly, entrepreneurs and businesses are seeing the value of Prestashop, and we thought it was important to expand our offering so that they could avail of our leading site search and personalization optimization.”
While Findify is a platform agnostic service, meaning ecommerce merchants from any platform can integrate with the service, up to now Findify has mainly focused on ecommerce websites hosted on Shopify, Neto, Jetshop, BigCommerce, and Magento – building extensions for these platforms in order to make integrations even more seamless. This focus will now be extended to the Prestashop platform.
Welcoming Findify’s very first Prestashop client
A bookstore based in Cork, Ireland, Sifatu Safwa specialises in Arabic written Islamic books.
Offering a wide range of tomes, the store sources items from printers and publishers in countries of historically Arabic literature, such as Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and delivers them to customers all across the world.
Findify is now complementing Sifatu Safwa’s top quality service with the addition of the leading site search and personalization providers Personalized Search and Recommendations solutions. Both ecommerce tools are now running on Sifatu Safwa’s online ecommerce website, which runs on the Prestashop platform, improving the purchase journey by helping shoppers find their preferred items quicker and easier.

‘Continued Growth for Findify’
This latest expansion comes on the heels of what has been a year of continued growth for Findify.
In recent months, the software provider has added to its workforce, onboarded clients from the Neto platform for the first time, and also orchestrated a successful foray into the Australian ecommerce market.
“Yes, life at Findify has been extremely busy lately!” confirmed Mr Nobel.
“We are constantly onboarding new clients, and so there was a need for us to make new hires, which we did. The additional workload was a result of our Australian expansion which began in 2020. It has been even more successful than we could have anticipated. There is a real need for our services in that market.”
Mr Nobel said he has been extremely proud of the Findify team over the last few months.
“They have really risen to the challenges both 2020 and 2021 have thrown at us, and I am immensely proud of them. Together we have come up with a lot of interesting plans for the rest of the year, and these will be announced shortly. All in all, things are looking extremely positive and I am looking forward to seeing what the future brings for us and for our ever-growing Findify client family.”
